Embody is a 3 month container for those who are ready to reinvent their Erotic life & in consequence watch their life shift externally. By learning to cultivate & direct your Erotic energy you will become confident in what you want & how you feel most alive in your sensual connections. I know you have access to the loving flow of the cosmos to create internal states like peace or external manifestations through your Eros.
Rather than following a fixed curriculum, this mentorship evolves with you. We'll deepen your personal practice through consistent guidance, conversation, 1:1 embodied exploration, and practical integration. As your awareness grows, the work naturally expands into every facet of life.
Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep repeating, the places where you feel stuck, and the life you wish you were living. I'll offer practical tools, embodied practices, and personalized guidance that help you expand your capacity to meet life with greater presence, choice, and connection.
As your awareness grows, so does your pool of possibilities. You will notice yourself communicating more honestly, navigating conflict with greater ease, setting boundaries without guilt, experiencing deeper intimacy, trusting yourself more fully, and finding freedom where there once felt like only one way to respond.
