A full day to dip & slip into yourself — (yes I wrote that rhyme, not AI haha). Join Allie & a constellation of muses for a water themed day of art, play & luxuriating.
The Flow of the Day:
🌿 10:00am — Arrival & Settling In
Ease into the space, explore the poolside grounds, sip a healthy welcome elixir, and drop into the energy of the day.
🥂 11:30am — Poolside Brunch
A lush spread of locally-sourced foods and handcrafted elixirs. Eat slowly, connect, and savor the morning sun. please note: I cannot (yet) control the sun but we can gather indoors if rain comes to play.
🏊 Afternoon — Pool & Sauna Play
Lounge, swim, or sweat it out in the dry sauna between experiences.
💦 The Ladygroove Experience - 2pmish
A water-themed in studio photo session with Allie Monday. Flowing fabrics, reflective props, and bowls of water invite you to be witnessed in connection to the play of H20 and the body.
🎨 Live Figure Drawing
After your Ladygroove unfolds, artist Mark Harmon sketches your nude or nudish figure — gifting you an original artwork to take home.
💆 Massage + Body Care
Optional treatments available throughout the day from our in-house masseuse to deepen rest and release.
🍓 Local Foods & Elixirs, All Day
Seasonal flavors, crafted drinks, and nourishing snacks available whenever you want to refuel.
